  • Two years of stable and verifiable rental history. Gave proper notice to landlord.
  • Three years of credit history and good credit score.
  • No more than one small collection and it cannot be a rental collection.
  • No more than five late payments in a three-year credit history.
  • Must have driver’s license or other picture I.D.. and social security card.
  • Must have a qualified co-signer if other criteria do not meet standards.
  • No eviction history.
