Beautiful Cowlitz River scenery is a highlight. Bud Allen/Cowlitz Falls Day Use Park offers athletic fields, a playground, picnic shelters, and a boat launch. Randle is the home of the well-known Cispus Learning Center with overnight facilities, a challenges ropes course, and an indoor rock wall. The Cowlitz Valley Ranger Station is a popular resource for those to plan their outdoor recreation or apply for permits related to huckleberry and mushroom harvesting. The White Pass School District hosts school sports events and the Big Bottom Blast fireworks show in July. Seasonal flea markets are hosted at the Randle Fire Station, and are often partnered with a meal service to raise funds for fire services. Additionally, the Mt Adams Trail Riders Club offers a gathering place for equestrian activities.
Schools
White Pass School District: Elementary School and White Pass Jr./Sr High School are located in separate buildings on a shared property. The school athletic teams, the Timberwolves, was created in collaboration with the Morton School District to offer a range of athletic experiences to students, cheered on by their mascot. The school district prides itself on building a close community. The White Pass Scholarship Committee puts on a fundraising event each year. This fun filled event boasts a plated dinner combined with an energetic auction experience.

Randle offers a grocery store and multiple service stations for your essential items. Small specialty shops are available in the same building as the Timberline Library’s Mountain View location.
